The Wayfinder Programme TM

Now is the time to enrol on this exciting programme for professional women who want to grow in their career without sacrificing what's important to them.  Picking up on the issues that women have consistently raised in coaching, this interactive, intensive modular course is designed to help find the solutions that fit you.

Run at the elegant Hydro Hotel in Eastbourne, within this small group you will get individual attention from the Course Director and the support of your peers.  The foundation modules 1 & 2 help you discover your key unconscious values which allows you to eliminate any traps that could hinder sucess.  Then you learn how to build the steps required to reach your goal. Subsequent modules build on this to help you maximise your potential, boost your confidence and quickly get you on the road to success – whatever that might be for you.

Whether you're looking to run your own business, already run a business or want to climb the career ladder, this Programme will help you succeed. 

The Event

You said that you didn't want to give up your weekends, nor did you want to take time away from your workplace.  We've responded to that and structured the Programme so that it runs in the evening through the autumn.  You can come straight after work and get home in time for your evening meal.

Thursday 4 October 2012, 6.00 – 8.00pm

Module 3: 5 easy steps to build better relationships and increase income: the unconscious language of relationships revealed

Thursday 18 October 2012, 6.00 – 8.00 pm

Module 4: How to make money and be at ease with it: deal with the hidden voices that say "I can't/shouldn't earn this/make this"

Thursday 1 November 2012, 6.00 – 8.00pm

Module 5: Motivating yourself and others to increase sales and profit: find your motivational triggers

Thursday 15 November 2012, 6.00 – 8.00pm

Module 6: How to hitch your ride to success and banish self doubt: delving deep to unpick your unconscious blocks to success

Thursday 29 November 2012, 6.00 – 8.00pm

Module 7: How to eliminate stress and generate energy even when you have 101 other things to do: balancing energy drive, maximising performance 

Thursday 6 December 2012, 6.00 – 8.00pm

Module 8: The essential keys to making successful presentations and winning business: getting the right message out to the right people in the right way
